1) Colds:
Ginger tea can ease your cold symptoms, because ginger contains anti-viral substances. Dr.James A. Duke, author of The Green Pharmacy, recommended steeping one heaping teaspoon of fresh grated ginger in a cup of boiling water for ten minutes and drinking three cups a day.
