About Harly: She is R&D engineer for cosmetics in PLAMED GREEN SCIENCE GROUP, is located in China. Because of her skin sensitivity, she focuses on the relationship among sensitive skin, skin allergies and cosmetics; she decided to make some effective cosmetic ingredients to treat different skin problems.
In the past 3 years, she and her team have developed a range of cosmetic ingredients for skincare, such as DCR®516, PCR Glabridin, etc.. These ingredients are mainly for the people who has skin problems, including acne, wrinkles, freckles, skin sensitivity, skin allergy and others. For years, Harly has much experience in skincare and cosmetic formulating for sensitive skin and allergic skin.
From 2021, Harly and her partners specialize in the development of research in sensitive skin. In the future, they will continue to develop other organic ingredients for sensitive skin.
