3. Ginger Essential Oil Botanical Source
Latin name of ginger is Zingiber officinale Rosc.Perennial herbs, 50-80 cm tall.Roots thick. cross section is yellowish-white and has a strong pungent smell.Leaf is linear and lanceolate, 15 ~ 20 cm long, about 2 cm wide.Flowering is July to August.When the leaf is wilting in late october to late december,dig root,remove stem,leaf and silt.And then clean and dry.It has a long history of culinary and medicinal uses.
