Puerarin is a kind of isoflavone monomer in Pueraria flavone. It accounts for about 50% of the total amount of Pueraria isoflavones. Kudzu is the dry root of Leguminosae. It is mainly divided into pueraria lobata and pueraria thomsonii. Both contain pueraria flavone. The main components of pueraria flavone include puerarin, hydroxy puerarin, methoxypuerarin, daidzin, as well as triterpenes and coumarins.

Heat A phase ingredients to 90-95℃; heat B phase ingredients to 85℃. Then mingle the two phases ingredients quickly. Stir and then emulsify; homogenize for 3min. And slowly stir until 45℃ then add C phase ingredients; stir until cooling down.
