2. Skin Repair Ingredient DCR®811 Botanical Source
Bletilla striata is a perennial herb of Orchidaceae, and its medicinal parts are dry tubers. It contains a lot of mucilage, bibenzyl, phenanthrene and other ingredients. Among them, polysaccharide content of B. serrata is the highest, and it is also the main functional component of B. serrata. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Bletilla striata polysaccharides and other functional active ingredients have pharmacological activities such as hemostasis, immune regulation, wound healing and repair, and are widely used in clinical treatment of oral ulcers, burns, and skin diseases.
Ginkgo biloba is a plant that survived on the earth after the Cenozoic Quaternary glaciers, and is known as “living fossil” and “plant panda”. At present, there are more than 170 kinds of medicinal components of Ginkgo biloba, including: flavonoids, terpene lactones, organic acids, amino acids, sugars, alcohols, etc. Ginkgo biloba leaves are sweet, bitter, astringent. As an exogenous recombinant human epidermal growth factor carrier, gum bletilla contained in Baiji can significantly promote the DNA synthesis of cells on the wound surface, improve the proliferation ability of cells, shorten the wound healing time, and accelerate the wound healing. Aslo, ginkgo biloba extract can promote microcirculation and reduce vascular permeability by regulating vascular tension and elasticity and inhibiting platelet activating factor (PAF).
