C said she formulated all above ingredients in to one skincare cream; before using the product, there are many rashes and hives on her cheek, but in 2 hours later, the rashes on her cheek as well as forehead has all cleared.

She told us, there are 1% for each ingredients of PMOil-control® 9574, PMAnti-inflam®9287, PMSoothe Kava, DCR 029, PMAnti-acne997 in her formulation. She was satisfied with Plamed products. 1% PMOil-control® 9574 inhibits 5α-reductase by 95.61%, the effect is 2.7~5.3 times of PCA zinc, yeast zinc, and salicylic acid.

2% PMOil-control® 9574 inhibits the production of lipid droplets by 82.12% in human sebaceous cells.
001% PMOil-control® 9574 inhibits the production of lipid droplets by 22.5% in human sebaceous cells, the effect is almost 3 times of 0.001% PCA Zinc. (Note: 0.001% is the max safe concentration of PCA Zinc)

PMOil-control® 9574 is safe and gentle, and it will not irritate skin:

Human skin patch test results: skin adverse reactions occurred in 0 out of 30 people.
PMOil-control® 9574 is not cytotoxic at the concentration of 0.1%-0.5%.
PMOil-control® 9574 has no irritation at the concentration of 3% in vitro cosmetic eye irritation/corrosive test based on CAM model.

12% PMOil-control® 9574 inhibits the accumulation of 74% of neutrophils, indicating its potent anti-inflammatory and soothing effect.
313% PMOil-Control® 9574 can inhibit the expression of TRPV1 protein in keratinocytes by 43.29%.
025% PMOil-Control® 9574 has 66% soothing effect based on zabrafish test model.
3% PMOil-Control® 9574 can significant prevent or sooth the strong irritation cased by capsaicin based on human arm patch test.

PMAnti-inflam® 9287 is extracted from the root of scutellaria baicalensis. It also has a great anti-inflammation effect.

According to our testing results:

The total moving distance of zebra fish in PMAnti-inflam® 9287 group is significantly reduced compared to the model control group, achieving soothing effect 92% at concentration of 0.1%.
1% PMAnti-inflam® 9287 inhibits the aggregation of neutrophil by 87%, indicating a significant anti-inflammatory and soothing effect.

According to Plamed’s research and testing, we found that scutellaria baicalensis extract not only has a good anti-inflammatory effect, but also has significant oil-control effect and anti-redness effects. Therefore, we develop PCR® supramolecular Scutellaria baicalensis extract as a natural plant factor suitable for oily sensitive skin.

Oil control

At the same dose of 0.5%, the oil-controlling ability of PCR® supramolecular Scutellaria baicalensis extract exceeded that of PCA zinc (99%).

Anti-redness

The use of 1% PCR® supramolecular Scutellaria baicalensis extract for 1h and 2h reduced skin haemoglobin by 24.44% and 27.33%, respectively; and the effect of redness repair exceeded that of an famous repair product.

PMSoothe Kava is a natural cosmetic ingredients for anti-irritation, skin calming instantly. It can relieve the irritation caused by strong irritants such as salicylic acid, retinol and 377 (Phenylethyl Resorcinol); according to the test we did on CAM (chicken chorioallantoic membrane), as below test data.
